About The Role

As a Technical Researcher / Engineer within the Bidding Efficiency workflow, you'll play a pivotal role in exploring and understanding the latest technologies in the ad tech domain. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, experimenting with new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve their efficacy in our systems. Your role will involve a blend of programming, research, and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of various ad tech solutions. The following skills will be crucial:

• Strong technical proficiency: Programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
• Strong desire for learning and knowledge acquisition: Openness to continuous learning and expanding skills in the ad tech domain.

• Goal-oriented mindset: Focus on achieving specific project goals and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
• Proficiency in programming.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

• Exploring the unrealised potential of various nooks and crannies inside the Realtime Bidding ecosystem, including but not limited to finding bidding inefficiencies on protocol or integration level. Work requires both in-depth inquisitive approach as well as methodical research but is potentially very rewarding - what you find and improve will immediately impact the bottom line
• Contest the status quo. The platform is mature and highly efficient but a complex system is never fully optimized. Help research and understand the equilibrium, design a test suite that will find the good-enough configuration balancing complexity and efficiency
