Job Description


We are looking for a Systems Engineer who thrives on solving complex cloud challenges and providing top-tier customer support. You'll be joining an existing global team—perfect for a "switched-on" professional looking for technical growth and long-term stability.


Work Setup & Schedules:

  • 100% Work From Home (WFH): Enjoy full remote flexibility from day one.
  • Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT).
  • Hours: 9 hour shifts within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Melbourne Time (5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time) with reactive on-call requirements


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for Microsoft Office 365 customer base, managing the following:
  • MS365 Administration: Expert-level support for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Identity Management: Hands-on Azure AD / Entra ID user and group management.
  • Infrastructure: Assist with server patching, system monitoring, and routine maintenance.
  • Phone Support: Confidently manage inbound calls, providing assertive and friendly technical reassurance to clients.


Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Experience: 4+ years in a Systems Engineer, Desktop Engineer, or Service Desk role.
  • M365 Mastery: Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 / O365 environments.
  • Process Mindset: Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ticket-driven workflows (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication and the ability to manage customers effectively over the phone.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Veeam backups.
