The Junior Data Scientist will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop models, generate insights, and support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
- Build and validate predictive and statistical models
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Document processes, methodologies, and results

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role (internships included)
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
