As our Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences that redefine how finance and accounting teams’ work. This is your opportunity to build design systems and user journeys from the ground up, move incredibly fast, and see features go end-to-end multiple times per week and month.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

• Flexible: easily customizable reports for different accounting needs

Where you'll create impact

• Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform — from web to mobile
• Establish design principles, interaction standards, and UX quality bars across the company
• Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
• Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
• Mentor other designers as we scale the team

What sets you up for success

• 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions
• Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $45,000+
• Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
