Get in as an Account Executive before the rocket ship takes off.
We're a German founding team that just raised a $3M pre-seed round from top-tier investors and we're now looking for ambitious Account Executives from the DACH region to join us in San Francisco. We'll fly you out, cover your visa sponsorship, and bring you directly into the center of the action.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sell into the US startup ecosystem from day one, working alongside a German founding team that's already built serious traction in the market.

We've built an AI-powered talent agent that automates the work of traditional headhunters, delivering 10x better outcomes for both candidates and companies. We already work with over 600 US startups, including leading VC-backed companies like Mintlify, Luminai, and Windsurf. Thousands of talents engage with Clera every week, and we've helped many of them land roles at some of the most exciting startups in tech. Our AI agent reaches passive talent directly through email and messaging, flipping the traditional recruiting model on its head. We've scaled from zero to over $1M ARR in roughly six months with 40% month-over-month growth and zero customer churn. This is a rocketship, and we're looking for people who want to be on it.
The Role:
As an Account Executive, you'll be on the front lines of our revenue engine, closing deals with high-growth, VC-backed startups and helping them discover a fundamentally better way to hire. You'll work directly with our founding team and have a massive impact on the trajectory of the company.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and manage a pipeline of VC-backed startups and scaling tech companies
- Run product demos and consultative sales conversations that show companies what AI-powered recruiting actually looks like
- Collaborate closely with our founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Provide direct customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap
- Hit and exceed revenue targets in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

- 2+ years in a closing role at a B2B SaaS or marketplace startup
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into startups, tech companies, or the recruiting/HR space is a strong plus
- Comfortable with fast sales cycles and a consultative selling approach
- Excellent communicator who can articulate complex value propositions simply
- Fluent in English; selling into the US market is the primary focus
- You thrive in early-stage environments where speed and ownership matter more than process
- You're relentless about hitting your numbers and obsessed with winning
- You take full ownership of your pipeline and do whatever it takes to close
- You're energized by working with a small, intense team that ships fast and iterates constantly
