Job Description
The software sector suffers from sluggish release timelines and defect-laden products, primarily because of antiquated testing approaches. Conventional QA methodologies, even when paired with rudimentary automation, struggle to identify critical defects at early stages, resulting in expensive setbacks and dissatisfied end users. Industry data reveals that more than 60% of software defects are found after release, and quality issues impose a cost exceeding $2 trillion annually on the global software industry. The push for quicker, more dependable software demands a fundamental shift in how quality assurance is executed.
IgniteTech is spearheading this transformation by embedding GenAI capabilities into every phase of the QA lifecycle. Through AI-powered simulation of user interactions, generation of sophisticated test scenarios, and analysis of defect patterns, we achieve accelerated releases with reduced bug counts. Becoming part of our team positions you at the cutting edge of innovation, leveraging AI to remove bottlenecks and anticipate issues before they materialize.
This position differs from conventional QA roles. If your expectation is a traditional setting involving manual test runs or monotonous automation scripting, this opportunity is not for you. In this role, you will take ownership of building and refining AI-powered test automation architectures, implement predictive analytics to surface concealed risks, and contribute to defining the next generation of software quality. You will serve as the designer of adaptable solutions tailored to the demands of contemporary development, rather than a participant in a static, obsolete workflow. If this aligns with the challenge you have been seeking, submit your application now to influence the future of software engineering.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
- Leverage GenAI platforms to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
- Model user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary cases to reveal potential defects before they reach end users

- Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate QA processes
