Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and then leverage AI tools to verify or refine your code, rather than the reverse, then this role is not suitable for you)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA automation capacity, with demonstrated experience testing AI products
• Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
• Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate QA processes
• Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
