Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for product, design, and engineering roles, from intake to offer management.
- Source, engage, and nurture top talent through LinkedIn and other strategic sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidates and workflows within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- 5+ years of experience recruiting for product, design, and/or engineering roles.
- Proven ability to source and engage highly skilled technical and product-adjacent talent.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Lever is a plus.
- Strong sourcing, outreach, and pipeline-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles concurrently, and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and candidate-centric approach.
