Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their growing consultancy practice. This role is focused on translating client objectives into actionable, user-centred digital products through clear vision, prioritised roadmaps, and effective backlog management.

As a senior consultant, you will provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, coach colleagues and clients in agile product delivery, and act as a strong advocate for evidence-led, user-centred design. The role offers significant opportunity to influence high-profile client engagements while continuing to develop as a product leader.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritise product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring value-driven delivery.
  • Inspire and guide delivery teams by providing context, clarity, and direction on client objectives.
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, enabling focus on delivery by removing blockers and minimising distraction.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to align priorities and secure buy-in across complex environments.
  • Communicate confidently with diverse audiences, including subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops, ceremonies, and collaborative sessions both remotely and in person.
  • Champion agile delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, adapting methods to suit context and outcomes.
  • Build sustainable product and user-centred capability within teams and client organisations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams and delivering digital products in complex environments.
  • Strong ability to use evidence and data to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated experience building consensus across stakeholders with differing perspectives, and making decisive calls where required.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams, maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Experience balancing competing constraints such as policy, security, and delivery timelines while meeting user needs.
  • Confident communicator, able to represent both the client and consultancy with credibility and clarity.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong coaching and leadership capability, enabling others to succeed independently.

Formal certifications are not required; demonstrable experience and capability are key.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with transparent pay ranges.
  • Contributory pension scheme with enhanced employer contribution.
  • 25 days annual leave plus UK public holidays.
  • Life assurance, critical illness cover, and death-in-service benefits.
  • Flexible benefits package including private medical and dental cover, additional pension contributions, wellbeing allowance, and additional annual leave.
  • Salary sacrifice schemes including cycle-to-work and electric vehicle options.
  • Employee discounts platform and wellbeing support initiatives.
  • Volunteer days and community engagement opportunities.
  • Relocation support package of up to £8,000 (subject to terms and conditions).

Application Process

  • Candidates are encouraged to apply with an up-to-date CV outlining relevant product leadership and agile delivery experience. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to discuss the role in more detail and outline the next stages of the recruitment process.
