Contract: Freelance | Fully Remote
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for a skilled CE Developer / Technical Consultant with strong experience in the Field Service module to support a large-scale transformation for a leading insurance client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex business challenges, and delivering high-quality CE solutions in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
You’ll work alongside Accenture delivery teams and client stakeholders to configure, customize, and enhance Field Service capabilities—improving service operations and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize CE Field Service to support insurance service processes
- Develop and maintain solutions including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom components
- Build integrations with internal systems and third-party services (APIs, Azure, middleware)
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and release activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support and improvements
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions
- Ensure development aligns with best practices for performance, security, and maintainability

Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience as a CE/Dynamics Developer or Technical Consultant
- Strong working knowledge of the Field Service module
- Experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, and CE customization
- Development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Web APIs
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Integration experience (Azure services, REST APIs, middleware)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote contract role
