Senior DevSecOps Engineer

📍 Location: Central Lisbon – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)

📌 Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer who believes security is not an afterthought, pipelines should be automated (obviously), and “it works on my machine” is not a valid deployment strategy. If you enjoy building platforms that are fast, secure, and boringly reliable — congrats, you’re our kind of engineer.

✅ What we expect from you

• Senior-level experience in DevSecOps / Platform / SRE-style roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
• A security-first mindset that doesn’t block delivery for sport.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and improve existing setups.
• English B2 — enough to explain why security matters without starting a debate.

🔹 What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines without slowing teams down.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using Ansible (because clicking is overrated).
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and orchestrate them gracefully in Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Support development teams with GitLab and Jenkins, making sure builds stay green and deploys stay sane.
• Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog (no mystery binaries allowed).
• Write Bash scripts that actually work — even six months later.
• Embed security best practices across the delivery lifecycle (shift left, but keep it practical).
