About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Analytics Engineer to join our data team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between raw data and impactful insights, enabling teams across the company—technical and non-technical alike—to make data-informed decisions. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure that data is reliable, accessible, and actionable.
Responsibilities
• Own analytics-layer dbt models and their automated tests for analysis-ready tables.

• Write expert-level SQL to transform, aggregate, and validate data across multiple sources.
• Design, ship, and maintain production dashboards that support operational and clinical decisions.
• Investigate data anomalies, drive fixes, and partner with Data Engineering on ingestion/orchestration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate ambiguous needs into clear specifications, communicating trade-offs, timelines, and objectives to stakeholders.
• Serve as a thought partner in shaping analytics strategy, toolset, and best practices.
• Ensure production readiness for analytics: Git-based CI/CD, automated model tests, data-quality monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
• Use AI/automation to accelerate work, validating and owning any AI-generated artifacts.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or similar role.

• Experience building production dashboards (Tableau, Streamlit, Looker, etc.).

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt approach in dynamic environments.
• A mindset of curiosity and data integrity, with a tendency to dig deeper.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development workflows and able to evaluate outputs critically.

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., ISO, 21 CFR Part 11) or healthcare-related setting.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Dagster, Prefect, Airflow).
