Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in visual UI design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready interfaces
• Exceptional skills in visual design fundamentals, including typography, font systems, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong experience in iconography and defining coherent, scalable visual languages
• Proven ability to work with and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and precision across interfaces
• Hands-on experience creating high-fidelity UI designs with strong attention to visual detail
• Experience owning or leading interface redesigns, preferably for complex or data-heavy products (e.g. Real Estate platforms)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers while maintaining strong visual ownership
• Availability to work strictly within CET working hours
