Job Description
Our client, specialized in mechanical engineering, is looking for a Projector to join their team in France.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the mechanical and physical design of parts, products, or equipment formalized by standardized detail drawings, sub-assemblies, or assemblies and definition files.
- Work based on functional specifications, requirement documents, orders, and client needs.
- Prepare studies, drawings, and documentation.
- Adhere to design procedures and standards.
- Check the feasibility of project elements and components.
- Ensure information is communicated within the project team.
- Report any discrepancies detected during the design process to the project manager.
- Verify the assembly of project components and sub-components.
- Verify the project bill of materials.
- Participate in internal and external design validation reviews.
- Collaborate on project development.
- Apply the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Related Activities:
- Coordinate a project or a team.
- Apply project management methodology.
- Initiate non-conformance reports.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the company's ISO 9001 quality system.
- Mechanical design.
- CAD software (CATIA/CREO).
- Functional dimensioning.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods.
- Simple mechanical calculations.
Required Qualities:
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to lead a technical meeting.
