🎯 What You’ll Do

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in motion design and advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content—particularly with a social media focus—using dynamic motion graphics and animation techniques that align with brand strategy and modern design trends. This role requires not only strong technical skills but also a forward-thinking mindset. The candidate must be well-versed in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance and streamline the design workflow, as these technologies are actively integrated into the company’s creative process. In addition to technical excellence, the candidate should demonstrate a high level of initiative, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Strong organizational habits, responsiveness, and attention to visual detail are key expectations for success in this role.

✅ Your Core Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics and motion animations using a modern motion graphic animation style.

• Produce high-quality Reels and short-form content tailored for social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the creative team and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain effective communication through Slack.

• Provide raw files and assets in an organized manner.

• Use tools like Asana for task tracking and project management.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and motion graphic software such as After Effects.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.

• Proven experience designing and animating content specifically for social media platforms (Reels, static posts, on Instagram and others).

✨ Preferred Skills

• Portfolio showcasing work for high-ticket clients or agencies, demonstrating polished campaigns for enterprise-level brands.

• Experience with animation and creating content for social media platforms, especially Reels.

• Knowledge of AI tools and software that enhance design workflows and animation output.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack.
