Searchability MENA is working with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI software company in the UAE looking to hire a Data Engineer focused on motion planning and autonomous systems.

If you’re a hands-on engineer who wants to own the data systems that turn robots into intelligent machines, this opportunity is for you.

This role has a strong focus on enabling high-quality datasets for real-world robotic systems. A rare opportunity to join a technically ambitious team working on next-generation robotics platforms in a fast-moving R&D environment.

👀 Here's what they're looking for: 👀

• 4+ years building end-to-end data pipelines for robotics or autonomous systems.
• Ownership of multimodal robotics data (vision, spatial, motion, control).
• Strong Python proficiency with experience working in robotics software stacks (ROS/ROS2).
• SQL & C++.
• Hands on with scalable storage, data versioning, and ML tooling for production systems.
• Exposure to complex robotics platforms (e.g. articulated or legged systems).
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art robot learning algorithms (behaviour cloning, diffusion policies, LBMs/LBFs).
• Familiarity with robot simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Drake, etc.) and sim-to-real transfer.
