Coders Connect are hiring a Platform Engineer to join a fast-growing, well-funded AI software company building mission-critical systems for some of the world’s largest enterprises.

You’ll work at the heart of an AI-native orchestration platform 🧠⚙️ that lets enterprises visually design, manage, and execute complex workflows — powering real operational decisions across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial environments.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a small, elite engineering team, with direct exposure to customers, product decisions, and real scale.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Design and evolve a process orchestration platform used to run high-stakes business workflows
• Build secure, high-performance backend services using Go, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Implement job queues, real-time processing, and distributed workflow execution across cloud environments ☁️
• Develop production-grade web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Ensure availability, security, and observability across distributed systems 🔐📊

• Apply best practices in distributed computing, event-driven architectures, and service orchestration
• Partner closely with full-stack and customer-facing engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions 🤝

🧠 What we’re looking for

✅ Must-have experience

• 4+ years in a full-stack software engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Go, TypeScript, and React
• Experience building high-performance backend systems at Big Tech or high-calibre startups (Seed–Series C)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code workflows

🌟 Strong plus

• Interest or experience in AI-native development and workflow orchestration
• Exposure to LLM integration, vector databases, or AI-driven systems
• Experience with job queues, real-time systems, and event-driven architectures
• Building complex front-end interactions (state-heavy UIs, drag-and-drop, visual editors 🎨)
• Familiarity with security, authentication, and large-scale observability

💰 Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
• Equity: 0.25% – 0.5% 📈
• Location: On-site in New York City (SoHo) 🗽
