About The Role
Keeper Security is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility of a hybrid schedule for candidates based in El Dorado Hills, CA, or Chicago, IL. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of our secrets management platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across web applications, SDKs, and integrations. Your efforts will help maintain the high standards of security and functionality that Keeper Security is known for, supporting our mission to provide secure, user-friendly cybersecurity solutions globally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related field
- Proficiency with web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with manual testing and foundational knowledge of automated testing concepts
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear documentation abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident), due to involvement in GovCloud environments

Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs, and integrations
- Test KSM workflows across various cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scenarios
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases
- Report, track, and communicate defects clearly using Jira or similar tools
- Support automated testing efforts by contributing test cases and working with automation frameworks
- Validate security-related behaviors and access controls within KSM workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and overall product reliability
