As a Staff / Lead AI Agent Engineer, you’ll architect and ship production-grade agent systems that reason, plan, retrieve, and act across live business workflows.
These agents don’t just assist.
They run things.
🔧 What you’ll be building
- Multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
- Production RAG, GraphRAG & Knowledge Graph systems at scale
- Advanced agent patterns: ReAct, reflection loops, context engineering
- End-to-end deployment with real observability
- (OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, canary releases, shadow mode)
- Human-in-the-loop escalation, trust lifecycle management
- MAESTRO threat modeling, red teaming, and LLM-as-Judge evaluations
- MCP integrations for tool use and external system connectivity
- Technical ownership of the agent roadmap
- Mentoring and growing a team of AI engineers

👤 Who we’re looking for
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years hands-on with AI / agentic systems
- Real production experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen (or similar)
- Python as your primary language
- Production backends in TypeScript / Node.js / Go
- You’ve shipped multi-agent systems to production at scale
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or open-source LLMs
- Strong background in distributed systems, AWS, and technical leadership
