We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help advertisers get the most out of a leading digital advertising solution. You’ll be working with both direct advertisers and agencies to grow relationships, boost campaign performance, and drive adoption across a wide network of search engines, websites, mobile apps, and video platforms.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with direct advertisers and advertising agencies.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to direct clients, helping them align advertising strategies with business goals.
- Guiding clients through campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Conducting outreach via email and phone to identify new agency partnerships.
- Leading discovery sessions to understand agency goals, strategic priorities, and key accounts.
- Developing and delivering compelling sales pitches tailored to agency needs.
- Providing ongoing strategic support and campaign consultation to agency partners.
- Reporting on account health, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Staying current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English & French – both written & verbal.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Account Management with a proven track record of client engagement and revenue growth.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital advertising, including campaign strategy and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with major ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar would be preferred.
- Prior experience working with advertising agencies, including outreach, discovery, and strategic account support would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
