Role Overview:

The Reporting Analyst will serve as a key operational partner within HR, Payroll, and

Expense Management. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining

reporting, dashboards, and data workflows that support leadership visibility and

operational accuracy. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise with Concur expense

systems and payroll system reporting—preferably Paycom—to ensure reliable data,

efficient processes, and actionable insights across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Systems (Paycom or similar)

  • Develop, run, and maintain recurring and ad hoc payroll reports.
  • Validate data uploads, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
  • Perform uploads and mass data imports as needed (e.g., employee updates, compensation, contractor imports).
  • Build and maintain custom fields, reporting structures, and configuration elements within the payroll system.
  • Create and manage dashboards for leaders to review trends, metrics, and payroll KPIs.
  • Support integrations between Paycom (or similar payroll software) and other internal systems.


Expense System (Concur)

  • Set up, add, modify, and deactivate user accounts and permissions
  • Configure fields, workflows, policies, and reporting structures.
  • Generate and distribute Concur reports, including expense trends, compliance exceptions, approvals, and audit logs.
  • Support integration needs between Concur and payroll or financial systems


Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards that enable leaders to track payroll, expense, and workforce insights.
  • Design and run recurring and ad hoc reports across HR, Payroll, and Expense systems.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across linked systems (HRIS, payroll, Concur, financial tools).
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities through deep data analysis.


Data Quality & Operations

  • Validate, audit, and troubleshoot data across systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with escalated data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support internal teams with reporting needs, requirements gathering, and data interpretations.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in reporting or systems analyst roles within HR, Payroll, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Concur required.
  • Experience with Paycom highly preferred (other payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity also valuable).
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and advanced reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Experience supporting integrations between HR/Payroll/Expense systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong data validation practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into reporting and system configurations.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am PHT
