  • Project‑manage all external communications through approvals, coordinating with legal, brand and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment and timely delivery.

Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Digital Product Management and Digital Platform teams.
  • Shape messaging, guide communication strategy and support senior leaders.
  • Manage communication workflows, priorities and timelines.
  • Identify and address communication risks, sensitivities and change‑related impacts.

What You Will Have

  • Creative Visual Storytelling: Ability to create presentations and visuals that communicate complex information in a clear, compelling way. Skilled in applying creative thinking, tools and techniques across a range of business situations.
  • Willingness to Dig and Learn: Ability to ask strategic questions, quickly understand new concepts and build knowledge around the technology being deployed. Experience in tech (1–2 years) strongly preferred.
  • Executive Partner: Executive presence and the ability to confidently support senior and C‑suite leaders. Exercises strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Interpersonal Skills & Influencing: Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals and teams. Strong influencing skills with the ability to shape decisions within and beyond the immediate organization.
  • Effective Communication: Strong understanding of communication principles, tools and techniques. Able to clearly transmit, receive and interpret ideas and information across audiences.
