We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analytics and the ability to work independently with Power BI. This role involves preparing data for analysis, designing data visualizations, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions for teams that operate using Agile frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and clean data for analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design and develop data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

• 5-10 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role viewing data from a business perspective
• Proven experience in data analytics and working with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, as the role will be working with metrics specifically related to Scrum, Kanban and SAFe (required)
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. (required)
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. (required)
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for aggregating, filtering, and manipulating data. (required)
• These skills are foundational for crafting data-driven strategies and turning raw data into actionable insights for business growth.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. (required)
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Preferred Qualifications/Technical Skills:
• A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. (preferred)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools. (preferred)
• Strong Knowledge of Python (preferred) for data preprocessing tasks and building scientific models, which can be embedded in Power BI for automation and personalization of data analysis.
