Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and AI roles, ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and structured interview plans
- Source, engage, and assess high-caliber technical candidates across multiple channels, including passive talent
- Manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with clear communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously evolve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to support scaling hiring needs
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values and expectations are clearly represented throughout the hiring process

- 4 to 7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineers or AI-focused profiles
- Proven experience hiring in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Strong sourcing capabilities with confidence engaging and nurturing passive candidates
- Ability to understand technical roles deeply enough to screen effectively and guide hiring decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building process from the ground up when needed
- Strong sense of ownership, judgment, and partnership in supporting hiring managers and leadership
- Competitive base salary range of $155,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on experience, role scope, and location
