Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for mid-cycle and backend RCM offerings.
- Lead the development and optimization of solutions spanning coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics.
- Collaborate extensively with engineering teams across geographies to drive delivery excellence, particularly in India and the U.S.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Translate market and client needs into prioritized, actionable requirements that deliver clear financial and operational ROI.
- Implement initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance revenue integrity and operational efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders across sales, operations, and implementation to ensure successful product adoption and client outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to sustain competitive differentiation in the RCM marketplace.

Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management (RCM).
- 8+ years in product management or product leadership roles with demonstrated success in building and scaling RCM software products (preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms).
- Deep understanding of mid-cycle and backend RCM processes: coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, AR follow-up, and analytics.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen, with a proven ability to solve complex operational and product challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
