Key Responsibilities
- Define software architecture for high-throughput payloads. Partition algorithms across CPUs, FPGAs, and ASICs while managing strict power, thermal, and memory budgets.
- Lead the implementation of real-time data‑plane and control‑plane components (Rust/C/C++).
- Establish modern flight-software practices: CI/CD, Hardware-in-the-Loop regression testing, and secure Over-the-Air updates.
- Build a team - hiring and mentoring senior talent, running technical reviews and design controls that accelerate delivery.
- Ensure seamless interfacing with satellite bus systems and resilience against radiation constraints.
