Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Marketing Automation Specialist (FTC 18 months) to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Demand Managers to strategise and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns that achieve target goals. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural team that manages global projects and focuses on solving business inefficiencies related to campaign planning and execution.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns by building automated workflows and high-quality assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms, to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Automation peers to evaluate the marketing database and build targeted segments that align with global business processes.
- Ensure compliance with data standards by maintaining scalable processes that capture accurate performance data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Some years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools, with a preference for familiarity with platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management, maintaining a customer-centric and service-oriented outlook in a global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
