What You Will Do
- Create, track, and maintain short‑term schedules to support effective execution of plans.
- Incorporate input from all departments to ensure schedules are realistic and based on the latest constraints and information.
- Optimize schedules by balancing demand priorities with efficient production sequencing and resource use.
- Update schedules promptly when changes to existing plans occur.
- Maintain accurate planning and scheduling parameters in the system for optimal scheduling performance.
- Generate key metrics and operational measures to identify trends and root causes of performance issues.
- Monitor production data—output volumes, raw material consumption, and quality metrics—and use insights for Continuous Improvement, including maintaining routings, BOMs, and schedule accuracy.

- Degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement or any relevant field
- Experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or Purchasing
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and presentation skils
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Strong Teammate and able to work across cross-functional teams
