About The Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and visionary UX/UI Designer to join our passionate team at Keeper Security. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our cybersecurity products through exceptional design. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product Design and cross-functional teams to reimagine how millions of users interact with cybersecurity solutions. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment for those residing near our global headquarters in Chicago. Your work will directly influence user experience, ensuring our platform remains intuitive, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices. As a key member of our design team, you will bring innovative ideas to life, develop scalable design systems, and advocate for user-centered design principles across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in UX/UI design roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Proficiency in designing, prototyping, and presenting in Figma
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate and advocate for design decisions effectively
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles for multiple devices and platforms (web, desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Ability to solve problems, adapt to challenges, and learn complex solutions quickly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements and project objectives
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final UI implementation
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights into user behavior and preferences
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate user needs and guide development
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices, integrating them into our design processes
• Leverage and evolve Keeper’s existing design system and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all platforms
• Design responsive layouts that provide optimal user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet devices
