We are seeking a hands-on SCADA/MES Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support manufacturing software applications. This role focuses on building and enhancing SCADA/MES systems to support automation, data capture, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional manufacturing and IT teams to integrate plant systems such as PLCs, ERP, and WMS platforms while supporting Industry 4.0 transformation efforts.

- Partner with business users to gather functional and technical requirements
- Participate in system design, testing, configuration, and deployment
- Research emerging SCADA/MES technologies and development tools
- Manage SDLC phases across multiple projects
- Develop, code, test, and enhance SCADA/MES applications
- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
- Minimum 3 Years of SCADA Development Experience
- Minimum 1+ Year of Ignition SCADA Experience (Mandatory)
- Experience integrating SCADA/HMI with PLC systems
- Must currently be employed
- Must have stable job history (2–3 years per company preferred)
- Must currently be located in Indianapolis or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)
