Senior C++ Developer for Large Language Model Training and Evaluation

We are seeking highly skilled 4 Years in C++ developers with strong competitive programming and algorithm expertise to help train and evaluate advanced Large Language Models (LLMs). You will create, refine, and validate high-quality programming problems aligned with Codeforces standards, ensuring correctness, optimal algorithms, and structured reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and validate problem statements with strict formatting (LaTeX, deterministic outputs)
• Verify brute-force and optimal solutions for correctness and efficiency
• Develop step-by-step reasoning from naive to optimal approaches
• Generate robust test cases and validate using Docker tools

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data structures & algorithms (DP, Graphs, Segment Trees)

• Comfortable with GitHub, IDEs, and tooling
