Job Description:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in North America. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Manage and train a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.
• Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and passed confirmed experience with USA Market.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the SaaS or automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
