About the Role

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and scale impactful business intelligence and analytics solutions. In this role, you will develop advanced Power BI dashboards, create robust semantic data models, and embed analytics into external systems to deliver insights where users need them most. You will also help drive innovation by integrating AI powered features, such as natural language analytics and agentic analytics, into the Power BI ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights
• Build and manage semantic data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across analytics solutions
• Optimize data models, DAX calculations, and report performance for scalability and efficiency
• Embed Power BI dashboards into external applications and internal systems to expand analytics accessibility

• Develop and integrate AI-driven analytics features, including natural language querying and agentic analytics within the Power BI infrastructure
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across Power BI workspaces and datasets
• Continuously improve reporting standards, visualization best practices, and analytics user experience
• Stay up to date with Power BI innovations, AI capabilities, and emerging analytics trends
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs

What You Bring

• 5-9 years of experience in Power BI development, including report design, modeling, and performance optimization
• Availability to work in US PST time-zone
• Solid experience in semantic data modeling and building scalable analytics datasets
• Hands-on experience embedding Power BI dashboards into web or enterprise applications
