Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for our direct client with expert level experience working with Kubernetes, Spinnaker, CI CD and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, measure and report alerts, overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more services.
- Gain deep knowledge and learn the application stack.
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Function well in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
- Partner closely with our development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical degree
- Hands-on working experience with Python, Shell scripts.
- Experience working with Spinnaker.
- Experience with algorithms and data structures and/or Unix/Linux systems internals (e.g., filesystems, system calls) and administration.
- Experience in managing python based services along with experience in Kubernetes troubleshooting.
- Experience with Kubernetes is required.
- Experience with NoSQL database such as MongoDB.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools.
