DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for our direct client with expert level experience working with Kubernetes, Spinnaker, CI CD and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure and report alerts, overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more services.
• Gain deep knowledge and learn the application stack.
• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
• Function well in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
• Partner closely with our development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical degree
• Hands-on working experience with Python, Shell scripts.
• Experience working with Spinnaker.
• Experience with algorithms and data structures and/or Unix/Linux systems internals (e.g., filesystems, system calls) and administration.
• Experience in managing python based services along with experience in Kubernetes troubleshooting.
• Experience with Kubernetes is required.
• Experience with NoSQL database such as MongoDB.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools.
