The Opportunity
This is a senior, business-critical role responsible for owning and scaling the TradFi product line built on the MT5 platform. The position sits at the intersection of product, business strategy, growth, and risk, with full ownership of the product line’s direction and performance.
The successful candidate will act as a business owner, driving strategy from market insight through to execution, while leading cross-functional teams and managing key external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic planning and growth of the TradFi product line (MT5-based), setting clear business goals and defining mid-to-long-term roadmaps
- Operate from a business-first perspective, balancing product design, go-to-market strategy, commercial performance, and risk management
- Deeply understand user segments (Retail clients, IBs, partners) and translate insights into differentiated trading products and user experiences
- Ensure the product maintains a competitive and market-leading position within FX, CFDs, and related TradFi markets
- Build and manage strategic external partnerships, including MT5 providers and liquidity partners
- Define and track core KPIs, using data to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and refine strategy
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to drive execution
- Act as a senior stakeholder in decision-making, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and regulatory/risk considerations
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in product, business, or growth roles within FX, equities, CFDs, or TradFi platforms
- Strong exposure to MT4/MT5 ecosystems (highly preferred)
- Proven experience owning or managing a full business line end-to-end, not just feature delivery
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to set strategy and execute based on market analysis, competition, and user behaviour
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional influence, with experience driving alignment across multiple teams
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to derive insight from metrics and translate analysis into action
- Fluent English required, with the ability to work directly with global stakeholders and external partners
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required, as the role involves close collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and teams
