Work with a purpose-driven, sustainable technology company using software to reduce environmental impact and build a greener future. As we scale our platform, we’re looking for a Platform Engineer to help design, operate, and improve the infrastructure that powers our products.

This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy, meaningful work, and the chance to make a real-world impact.

What you’ll do

• Build, maintain, and optimise containerised platforms using Kubernetes (K8s)
• Support and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enable reliable, scalable deployments
• Improve platform reliability, security, and performance
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and operational best practices
• Monitor platform health and help troubleshoot production issues

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / K8s in production
• A solid cloud background (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of containerisation (Docker) and modern deployment practices
• Experience supporting scalable, highly available systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for sustainability or working for a mission-led company

Nice to have

• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud-native tooling)
• Experience working in SaaS or platform teams
