Web Designer (Fully Remote)

About the Role

The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive websites that enhance user experience and support business goals. This role requires a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive website layouts and landing pages.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate client requirements into visually engaging digital solutions.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all web assets.
• Collaborate with developers, UX specialists, and marketing teams.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Apply feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
• Stay updated with web design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setup.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
