We're looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our team, passionately focused on delivering creative improvements for our engineering teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship features and capabilities daily in a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment;
• Be part of an amazingly open and collaborative work environment with other experienced engineers, architects, product managers, and designers;
• Review code with best practices of readability, testing patterns, documentation, reliability, security, and performance considerations in mind;
• Mentor and level up the skills of your teammates by sharing your expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high performing backend services;
• Participate in Agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and show-and-tell demo sessions;
• You will report directly to your Engineering Manager.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Your background:

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript HTML5, CSS, and experience with modern JS/TS frameworks (for example, React, AngularJS, or Vue);
• Understanding of modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing;
• Experience with modern testing frameworks (for example, Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Chai);
• Experience building frontend applications at scale;
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies;
• Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
  
  
  

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

184,500 PLN — 246,000 PLN annually

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
