Senior UX/UI Designer

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a large, global technology organization to identify a Senior UX/UI Designer to support a highly visible events technology platform. This role focuses on designing end-to-end, web-based experiences that connect prospects, attendees, and post-event users across multiple surfaces into one cohesive journey.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who excels at interaction design, systems thinking, and storytelling, and who has experience operating at scale within a large corporate environment.

They are open to a fully remote canidate but would prefer someone in office in San Fransico 2 days a week. The payrate for this role is flexible depending on experience and the duration of the contract role is from Feb- Oct 2026

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences across event-related surfaces, ensuring a seamless journey from discovery through engagement and post-event interaction
• Lead web-first, responsive UX/UI design efforts (mobile alignment required, but primary focus is web)
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Apply strong interaction design principles to ensure clarity, usability, and intuitive navigation across complex experiences
• Work within and help scale an established enterprise design system
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, design systems partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Present and clearly storytell design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to varied audiences
• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and scalable for a global user base
• Support QA and implementation to ensure designs are built as intended

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, primarily focused on responsive web experiences
• Proven experience working within large corporate or enterprise environments
• Strong systems thinking and experience scaling or extending design systems
• Deep collaboration experience with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to confidently tell the story behind the design
• Expert-level Figma skills (advanced prototyping experience a plus)
• Experience designing complex, multi-surface user journeys
• Familiarity with Agile workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience in events, media, or content-heavy platforms
• Figma prototyping using AI-assisted tools
• Accessibility experience (WCAG familiarity)
• Exposure to experimentation, analytics, or research-driven design
