Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Senior MLOps Engineer | €500/day | Fully Remote | Long-Term B2B Contract

We’re hiring an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help design, deploy, and scale intelligent autonomous systems in production. You’ll work on impactful, real-world AI solutions focused on Insurance Fraud Detection, leveraging modern LLMs, agent orchestration, and robust MLOps practices.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ML models from development to production and continuously optimize them in a real business environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production
• Use MLOps practices
• Build retrieval, reasoning, and tool-execution pipelines for autonomous agents
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and production systems
• Monitor performance, optimize models, and iterate on agent behavior
• Collaborate closely with data engineering, backend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience deploying ML models in production
• Solid background in MLOps, with Microsoft Azure ML
• Excellent Python skills
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG)
• Comfortable shipping AI systems to production
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Experience with multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, or RAG optimization
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes
