About This Opportunity

As part of the Identity and Access Management team this role will be part of managing the lifecycle of identities and the tools and platforms that make the end user experience frictionless, secure, and automatic. This role will interact and share responsibility among the IAM team for all facets of IAM systems (PAM, IGA, Audit/Access Reviews, SSO, etc.) and most importantly how these roles interconnect to provide solid automation and secure solutions. Professional English Language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the identity lifecycle for both internal and external identities
• Support of the long-term roadmap for convergence and consolidation of existing and future Identity & Access Management technologies and platforms
• Integrate applications/processes into automated IAM platforms and solutions
• Evaluation of emerging IAM trends and technologies and promoting initiatives to include improvements to the roadmap
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and policies to share with the business and technology teams
• Present technical findings and recommended solutions to stakeholders at all business levels in a clear, concise manner.
• Lead or participate in project and task management, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and continuous improvement of IAM practices.
• Manage IAM tools and platforms
• Participate in an on-call rotation requiring 1 week of on-call availability every 5 weeks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft EntraID and Azure XDR
• Experience implementing complex technology solutions, requirements gathering, and working with application teams
• Experience implementing and/or managing IAM related tools and platforms:
• IGA Platforms (Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.)
• IdP Providers (AzureAD, AWS, GCP)
• PAM Solutions (Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Ping, etc.)
• PaaS and IaaS (Azure, AWS, and GCP)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and O365
• Conditional Access Rules
• App Proxy Enterprise Applications
• Azure B2B and B2C functionality
• Passwordless Sign on
• Azure MFA including on-prem RADIUS integration
• Setting up Enterprise Applications in Azure AD
• Familiar with hybrid Azure AD joined workstations
• Working knowledge of SAML and OAuth
• Think with a security mindset while successfully analyzing business risk and remediation effort, to prioritize efforts and projects and not impact productivity
• Working knowledge of Server (Windows and Linux) and Workstation (Window and Mac) Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory
• Knowledge of network routing, services, and security protocols
• Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation requiring 1 week of on-call availability every 5 weeks.
• An Associate Degree, or Technologo (Technologist) Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field is required.\
• Preferred certifications include, but not required: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity and Access Practitioner (CIAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Preferred certifications include, but not required: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity and Access Practitioner (CIAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
