The Role

• Provide insights into your professional journey, technical specializations, and infrastructure experience.

• Help define field-specific evaluation criteria for IT hiring and technical assessments.

• Document a substantial infrastructure project, system migration, or security implementation.

• Participate in short feedback or calibration sessions as needed.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience in network or systems administration.

• Hands-on experience with server management, network security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and current residency in the United States or Canada.

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS, or Azure are a plus.
