We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Optimizations role Key responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for:
- German proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. Working details:
- Work model: Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday Friday 9.00 to 18:00 Compensation: - mandatory with experience in Google Ads 1 YEAR mandatory Salary 23k per year Next start dates: 2/Feb/26, 16/Feb/26 Benefits and eligibility:
- Relocation: For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
- Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
- Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate
- Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle - €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)

- EU ID
- Residence card
