Experience
- 3+ years in web development, particularly in a leading or architectural role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading development teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem, including transaction flows, fee structures, account abstraction models, and basics of Layer-2/Rollup solutions.
Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with Node.JS and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerized, cloud-based architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Compose, ECS).
- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Go, Rust, and Python is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a globally distributed team.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
