Job Description
Providing technical support services for all support tickets open by our customers for issues on VMC on AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms . (Unix, Linux, Windows)
- Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
- Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
- Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T.
- Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems).
Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.
