As part of their 2026 strategy, this organisation is expanding its AI capabilities and is seeking a Principal AI Scientist to lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions in Vietnam 🇻🇳.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and implementation of RAG systems to enhance search, knowledge retrieval and summarisation capabilities.
• Fine-tune, deploy and optimise LLM's for high-performance, enterprise grade applications.
• Develop APIs and integrate generative AI solutions into business workflows, enabling scalable and actionable insights.
• Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, build predictive models and support data driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams; including data scientists, engineers and domain experts to deploy AI models in production, ensuring performance, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI technologies, recommending innovative approaches and contributing to team knowledge-sharing.

What’s Expected

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; possessing 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face or LangChain.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with RAG techniques, NLP, deep learning, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
