Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide our engineering team in developing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive hands-on experience in software development, and prior experience in a leadership role. A deep understanding of the Quantexa platform with at least 5 years of experience is essential.

- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and ensure their implementation meets high standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.
- Work closely with Financial Services clients and large corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute to risk model creation and other analytical processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and teamwork.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Agile methodologies within the team.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development;
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams;
- Deep understanding of the Quantexa platform with at least 5 years of experience;
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development technologies;
- Extensive experience with Angular and Flask;
- Prior experience working with Financial Services clients and large corporate clients;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with Agile development methodologies;
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation;
- Familiarity with cloud environments and big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot;
- Hands on experience working with Docker & Kubernetes.
