Overview

ARCHIVE & DATA MANAGER

We are looking for an Archive & Data Manager to oversee the management, organization, and accessibility of digital and physical assets for a global client. This role is critical for ensuring that production and post-production teams across multiple markets have seamless access to creative assets, while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and efficient archival workflows.

In this mid-level role, you will manage the end-to-end archival process, implement standards and best practices, and collaborate closely with creative, production, and post-production teams. You’ll optimize workflows, support multi-market distribution, and ensure all assets meet brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.

This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about structured asset management, with the ability to work across teams and markets while driving continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain the digital and physical asset archive for a global client, ensuring organized storage, version control, and easy retrieval
  • Develop and implement archival processes and standards aligned with company and client requirements
  • Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory standards across multiple markets
  • Facilitate timely access to assets for production, post-production, and creative teams
  • Maintain accurate metadata, documentation, and asset tracking for all archived materials
  • Build and optimize archival workflows, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and accessibility
  • Support localization and multi-market distribution of assets, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Track asset usage and generate reports on archive activity, storage capacity, and workflow efficiency
  • Educate and support teams on archive systems and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance asset accessibility
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and correct inconsistencies
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce errors and increase efficiency

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience in archive management, digital asset management, or production data management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of assets
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools
  • Experience implementing standardized workflows and educating teams on best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Information Management, Library Science, or related field
  • Certifications in digital asset management, archival practices, or project management are advantageous
