About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex web and application development projects from kickoff through delivery. This role sits at the intersection of UX/UI, product, and engineering, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of web and app development projects, from kickoff to delivery
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and delivery roadmaps
- Act as the primary liaison between UX/UI, product, and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and cross-functional meetings
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively driving resolution
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience managing web development and UX/UI-driven projects
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and DevOps-related processes
- Strong experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to align diverse teams
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and system integration strategies
- Experience using data and performance metrics to inform project decisions
- Background in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit brand environments is a plus
