WHO WE ARE?

We are a well-established creative and digital studio delivering high-quality websites for a range of modern brands. We are design-focused, collaborative, and known for producing clean, performance-driven web experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You’ll be responsible for building and refining our websites in Webflow. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys owning builds end-to-end, improving site structure, and ensuring performance, responsiveness, and polish across all projects.

This role will begin with a comprehensive audit of the existing personal brand website. You’ll be responsible for identifying technical, UX, performance, and structural issues, then implementing fixes and improvements to ensure the site is clean, intuitive, and scalable.

Beyond the initial uplift, you’ll work closely with the client’s internal team, running practical training sessions to enable them to confidently manage basic content changes and information updates. You’ll also complete scheduled quarterly check-ins to review site performance, resolve any issues, and recommend ongoing improvements.

YOU WILL NEED...

  • Strong commercial experience building sites in Webflow
  • Excellent understanding of responsive layouts and CMS collections
  • Solid HTML and CSS skills, with basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience with animations, interactions, and clean component builds
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and site performance
  • To be comfortable working autonomously and hitting deadlines

Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via Shannon.Harrison@serarchability.com.au.

By applying for this role, you give express consent for us to process and submit (subject to required skills) your application to our client in conjunction with this vacancy only.
