Email & GTM Campaigns Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll work with technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing. You'll have the opportunity to run experiments and collaborate with teammates from different disciplines. It's an opportunity to grow in a team that contributes to revenue generation.

What You'll Do:

- Support and execute GTM activities for outbound campaigns.

- Help maintain email infrastructure and deliverability practices.

- Support market research and pipeline opportunity identification.

- Research data, trends, and new tactics to test.

- Help develop messaging strategies at scale.

- Support quality assurance to reduce campaign errors.

- Contribute to documentation of processes and projects.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in B2B Marketing.

- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt creation.

- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms.

- SQL skills.

- Experience working with US companies or markets.

- Advanced level of English.
